Review of Sal and the Great Frustration Directed by Andrew Malesky

Sal and the Great Frustration was a wonderful short. The characters are great; a frustrated nurse and an old man, Sal, who refuses to age. I loved the mystery I the beginning and the sharp contrast between the dull nursing home and ol’ timey video. Besides from the characters the animation, lighting, modeling and sound are the icing on the story. There are smooth actions and each shot has its purpose.

“I definitely recommend Sal and the Great Frustration to anyone who would enjoy a heartfelt comedic short.”
Chris Houghton, Age 17, St. John’s High School
